CLUB TRIPLES COMPETITION
Sunday 5th August at 10.30am
We have 24 members entered and this means 8 teams. With all matches
having to be played on the Sunday and with the ongoing good weather it
has been agreed that we play in two leagues with the top team in each
league then playing in a final to decide winners and runners up.

It would be good if everyone could stay and watch the final which will be played on either rink 3 or rink 4

All matches will be played over 6 ends |

At the start of each match toss for the mat (see rule 10 for final) |

ALL SHOTS will count from the 1st end and there will be no trial ends played |
4 |
A dead end scores 1 shot to the side NOT causing the dead end and is NOT replayed |
5 |
A tied end scores 1 shot each and is NOT replayed |
6 |
Substitutes are permitted but can only play for one team |
7 |
Win 2 points, lose 0 points, draw 1 point |
8 |
League position decided on points, if tied then shot difference, if still tied then highest no of shots |
9 |
The top team of each league will play a final match over 6 ends to decide winners and runners up, if tied after 6 ends another deciding end to be played. |
10 |
Finalists will toss and the winner of the toss can either take the mat and allow the opposition to choose the rink or choose the rink and give the mat to the opposition. |
11 |
In the final the same above rules 3, 4 and 5 apply. |
